I have had 15 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser and I take a radically different approach. "Clarity in a complex world" is the message and that clarity does not come simply from selling products. It's about taking you on a journey into your future and mapping out a financial plan that will deliver the lifestyle YOU want in years to come.

After many years with one of the leading financial institutions in the UK, I became disillusioned with the commission culture and the standard of advice that most clients receive. My ethos is a simple one: to help clients identify what they want to do, the lifestyle they wish to enjoy and build with them a financial plan to deliver it. 

The challenge of working with clients, to solve their individual financial issues in bespoke and creative ways, is something I particularly enjoy.  I have a specialist interest in using tax shelter arrangements to solve clients' tax issues.

I am a member of both the Institute of Financial Planning and the Personal Finance Society, the two bodies most concerned with Financial Planning in the UK

My pleasures in life are living in South Devon with my family and having fun on the water: either sailing, gig rowing or diving.
